Are your items authentic?

Yes. Every item comes from trusted suppliers and is checked before it ships. If you want extra photos or details before you buy, just ask.

Are the items new or pre-owned?

Our items are pre-owned designer pieces. We describe the condition honestly so you know exactly what you are getting.

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 7 to 20 business days. For items we already have in stock, you can choose Instant Delivery at checkout, which usually arrives within 1 to 3 business days in main centres. See our Shipping Policy for more.

How do I know if an item is available for Instant Delivery?

Send us a WhatsApp on 064 798 9437 and we'll tell you straight away.

Do you deliver everywhere in South Africa?

Yes, we deliver to all addresses in South Africa.

How do I choose my size?

Pick your size on the product page before adding it to your cart. Designer brands can fit differently, so if you're unsure, message us and we'll help you choose.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is sent, we'll share your tracking number by email or WhatsApp.

Can I return an item?

Yes, within 7 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in the same condition. If an item is damaged or not as described, we'll give you a full refund including shipping. Read our Refund & Returns Policy for details.
