Every item at Blessedbyswag is authentic and pre-owned. We check each piece before it ships and describe its condition honestly, so you know exactly what you are getting.
Returns within 7 days
You can ask for a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it, unworn and unwashed.
- Sent back with any tags, dust bags, boxes or accessories it came with.
Item not as described
If an item arrives damaged, is the wrong item, or is not as described in the listing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will give you a full refund, including shipping, or an exchange if you prefer.
Change of mind
If you change your mind, you can return the item within 7 days for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by you, and the original shipping fee is not refunded.
Items we can't take back
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Earrings and other pierced jewellery, for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived faulty.
- Items marked as final sale.
How to start a return
- Call or WhatsApp us on 064 798 9437, or email blessedbyswag@gmail.com, with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.
- Once the item arrives and passes inspection, we will let you know.
Refunds
Approved refunds are paid back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
Exchanges
Because most items are one of a kind, exchanges depend on what is in stock. Contact us and we will help you find an alternative.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
