Standard shipping: 7 to 20 business days
Most orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days from the day your payment clears. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Instant Delivery: items we already have in stock
Some items are already in stock with us and can be sent right away. For these items you can choose Instant Delivery at checkout. Instant Delivery orders are sent within 1 business day and usually arrive within 1 to 3 business days in main centres, and a little longer in outlying areas.

Tracking
Once your order is sent, we will share your tracking number by email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel.
Packaging
Every item is checked and carefully packed so it reaches you in the same condition it was listed in.
Late, lost or damaged parcels
Please make sure your delivery details are correct at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by weather, peak seasons or courier delays. If your parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will sort it out with the courier.
